Position Type

Part-Time or Full-Time

Minimum of 3 days / 20 hours per week

Daylight and Evening shifts available

Must be available Fridays and Saturdays

Position Requirements

Must meet availability requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older

Comfortable using a cash register and POS system

Ability to multitask and work at a fast, efficient, and thorough pace

Team-oriented, dependable, adaptable, with a strong work ethic

Positive attitude and customer service-focused mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a positive, service-focused attitude and a warm, engaging personality

Serve guests using Chick-fil-A’s CORE 4 model:

Speak enthusiastically

Make eye contact

Operate the POS system at the front counter or in the drive-thru with speed and accuracy

Actively look for opportunities to stock, clean, or assist when not directly serving a guest

Take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter

Maintain product quality, presentation, and consistency standards

Assist leadership in executing opening and closing procedures

Willingly support other front-of-house positions, including dining room service, order monitor, or drive-thru window as needed

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Chick-fil-A’s brand standards and menu items

Complete any additional tasks assigned by leadership to support restaurant operations
