Drive Thru Team Member

Position Type: 

  • Part-Time or Full-Time, minimum of 3 days and 20 hours per week

  • Daylight or Evening shifts

  • Must be available Fridays and Saturdays

Requirements:

  • Must meet availability requirements

  • Must be 16 or older

  • Must be comfortable working outside, if needed

  • Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

  • Positive attitude

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:

  • Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality 

  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

  • Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality

  • Operating the POS at the drive thru 

  • Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

  • Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru

  • Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window

  • Checking for product quality and consistency

  • Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
