Drive Thru Team Member

Part-Time or Full-Time, minimum of 3 days and 20 hours per week
Daylight or Evening shifts
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays

Requirements:
Must meet availability requirements
Must be 16 or older
Must be comfortable working outside, if needed
Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad
Ability to multitask
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Positive attitude
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Customer Service-Oriented
Responsibilities:
Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
Use our CORE 4 model to serve drive thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality
Operating the POS at the drive thru
Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the drive thru
Learn all positions, including headset, monitor or bagging, and window
Checking for product quality and consistency
Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
